God desires us to be free of whatever holds us bound; He wants us to be fully alive. Being free is about being able to make a choice for love - allowing ourselves to receive God's love and choosing to make a gift of ourselves to others.

We all need healing. We are vulnerable. Our hearts and souls can be wounded. In this episode, we explore how we can let Jesus - the wounded Healer - see, heal, and even glorify our wounds.

As the global family continues to face uncertainties and suffering as a result of the coronavirus, Sr. Mariae Agnus Dei, SV and Sr. Marie Veritas, SV share about ways to respond and how we can be guided by the strength of love.

We're made to live from the inside out. When we let our emotions, thoughts, will, and sense of identity be drawn by Love and to Love, we find ourselves home in the heart of God. 

Every heart desires to be cherished. As we rest in our identity as beloved sons and daughters of God the Father, we come alive to the reality that we are cherished by Him at every moment. This divine gift of love speaks to the truth we are good, worthy, and worth protecting and upholding.

A lot of things try to define us. But each of us has been made in the image of God who is a communion of Love, and it is only this Love that can truly define us. In this episode, we talk about what it means to have a "contemplative outlook" - that is, to look at ourselves, and the world around us, as a wonder. We talk about how we can live hands out, palms up, receiving ourselves as a gift from the Father.

In this episode, we talk about how we can let God reveal who we are to ourselves. We look into the lies we believe about ourselves, and the truth Jesus speaks to us.

God calls our names from all of eternity; He calls us in love, to love. Our names draw us into personal identity and mission.
